Hi, i'm interested by your Baker plug-in, but i can't seem to find the information on the product page so i thought i would ask here.
Is there a size limit for the baked map, and if yes, which one ?
The other question i have is : Is it possible to bake the color of a procedurally textured terrain ?

I ask this because i like a lot the way Carrara is doing its terrain and the capacity of the shader editor for terrain texturing, but i need to use these capacities with another render engine (LightWave...) because Carrara's one isn't powerful enough for archviz.
This is why i'd like to know the upper limit of the baked maps. ( i have seen 1024x1024 on a screencap, but as it seems you can enter the number you want, i wonder how much you can enter ?)
The OBJ exporter has the ability to export maps as well but the result is less than convincing, so...

Anyway, thanks for any answer you can give me.

Cheers,

There's no size limit fof the naked maps. I made a try with a 10,000x10,000 map, and it worked fine. So the size would be limited only by the computer memory or Carrara image viewer capabilities.
And it is possible to bake only the color chanel of a procedurally baked terrain. If you want to try it, you can download the evaluation version (it will be limited in size)
